USW workload survey opens

Discussions about a proposed USW academic model and workload at the University of South Wales have taken place between UCU and management.  As part of these discussions UCU and management have agreed to a joint (management/trade union) review of the Academic Workload Model.

UCU are running a workload survey of members at USW and the information members provide is confidential, for use by UCU only, and will be aggregated to generate a report that will provide an overall pattern of working practices at the university. The information members provide will help UCU negotiators.

USW members are urged to please find time to complete the survey which will remain open until Friday 26 October 2018.
