1. Appeal for intervieweesWelsh Government are serious about delivering the Anti Racist Plan in FE. If you have lived experiences of racism in the workplace or take a view on how staff can be supported to explore issues around ethnicity and race equality in their professional practice, please click in the message below: Invitation to take part in research on Anti-racism in the further education, apprenticeship and adult learning sectors You are invited to apply to participate in a research project commissioned by The Welsh Government. This is an opportunity to have your voice heard and to make a real difference in race equality in Wales. The research team will be holding online interviews with members of staff in the Welsh further education, apprenticeship and adult learning sectors over the next six weeks. The intention is to learn from staff members' lived experiences of racism in the workplace; explore how staff can be supported to explore issues around ethnicity and race equality in their professional practice; hear perspectives on what could make FE fairer and more equitable for staff and learners; and consider how a culture of anti-racism can be established and maintained. Each online interview will last one hour, and participants will be able to choose a slot that fits their schedule. To recognise participants' time and contributions, we will be offering a £30 voucher which can be spent at a wide-range of retailers. This opportunity is open to all members of staff, full-time and part-time, learner-facing and non-learner-facing, leadership and non-leadership. Er mwyn cydnabod amser a chyfraniadau'r cyfranogwyr, byddwn yn cynnig taleb gwerth £30 y gellir ei gwario mewn amrywiaeth eang o siopau. Os byddwch chi'n teimlo eich bod wedi'ch gorlethu, dan straen, yn orbryderus, yn isel, neu os bydd gennych broblemau personol neu ariannol, mae'n bosib y gall Cymorth Addysg eich helpu. Gall Cymorth Addysg gynnig help a chymorth cyfrinachol yn rhad ac am ddim, waeth beth fo'r broblem, mewn nifer o ffyrdd, gan gynnwys;
Mae'r llinell gymorth yn rhad ac am ddim ac ar gael i bob darlithydd ac aelod o staff ym maes addysg bellach neu addysg uwch yng Nghymru, bob awr o'r dydd a phob diwrnod o'r flwyddyn.
