Let's get this vote over the line.

The ballot closes on Friday and you need to post your vote if you want it to count.

In this campaign we have asked for your support to stand up against the scandalous pay gap at our colleges.

And we have told you that there are those who do NOT want you to vote and would prefer you abstain.

The simple truth is that if we do not get a 50% turnout, it does not matter how many votes we get for action. Don't be silenced by a low vote.

We need to stand up and be counted if we want the pay gap to close. UCU members from across the UK are marching and lobbying Parliament tomorrow - it would be great if you could join us.
