UCU ballot: vote for fair pay

You should by now have received your voting papers in the post and I urge you to vote and have your say on pay.
The envelope that contains the ballot paper looks like this:
Please look out for it and use one of the following links to request a replacement if you've lost it:
Further education ballot replacement request.
Higher education ballot replacement request.
Remember the law says UCU needs at least a 50% turnout in ballots to take action, so if you think education staff deserve a decent pay deal then please vote for it.
