FE England: 2016-17 pay round

Information on the 2016-17 pay round for English colleges.

In an indicative ballot held during October 2016 UCU's FE England members voted to accept the AoC's 2016-17 offer:

  • a pay increase of 1%
  • a minimum uplift in pay of £250
  • recommendation of an agreed toolkit for colleges to analyse and tackle gender pay gaps
  • commitment to further work at NJF officer level on sharing good practice in relation to precarious employment.
