Our evidence to the 'Skills 2030' inquiry inquiry by cross-party thinktank The Policy Connect, addresses one of the policy priorities that is required to improve the current skills system to grow the UK economy, and that is the pay and conditions of the FE teaching workforce, together with the adult education workforce, who are central to the delivery of the vocational skills system.
