Respect FE e-ballot ends this Friday: please vote now

The e-ballot asks if you would support a strike action ballot over pay, workload and binding national agreements and the results of the consultation will be considered by a special sector conference on 1 April before decisions are made.

UCU has now submitted our claim for this year to the Association of Colleges (AoC), including a 15.4% pay rise and action on workloads. I believe this is what staff deserve and what the sector needs. But it's only by standing together and standing up to be counted that we can push the employers to do the right thing.

So whatever your views: please don't leave it up to others to speak for you. Use your vote in the e-ballot now.
