UCU Live: Respect FE online launch, 6.30pm, Thursday 2 March

As you know all too well, real terms pay in FE has been shrinking for years but now the cost of living crisis has made it even more urgent that we win a fair deal for college staff. That's why we're running an e-ballot to gauge members appetite for national strike action on pay, workload and national bargaining.

The e-ballot opens the following day Friday 3 March and you'll receive an email with a link to vote.

The results of the consultation will be considered by a special FE sector conference where the next steps of the campaign and possible national aggregate ballot will be decided.
