HE briefings

UCU Higher Education national briefings in June 2012 regarding the REF and professional development; academic role profiles/grade drift; workload issues; equality policy updates; and pay slippage, being held at a number of locations.

The sessions will cover:

  • research excellence framework/professional development
  • academic role profiles/grade drift
  • equality update
  • workload issues
  • pay slippage/national claim.

The sessions will all start with registration at 10.30 (for an 11.00 start) and will finish by 16.30.

Branches/LAs are invited to send a maximum of two representatives. Costs for attendance will be met by central funds and lunch will be provided.
