Putting your questions to the Minister of State for Skills

As part of UCU's campaigning activities on higher education, I will be meeting with the Minister of State for Skills, Baroness Smith of Malvern, later this month.

This presents an opportunity to put our concerns about the state of UK universities, and what the Labour government should urgently do about the sector, directly to the minister.

I want to relay as many of your thoughts and experiences as possible. Please share your suggestions on what should be raised with Baroness Smith using this form, up until Friday 17 January 2025 at 12 noon.

We are planning to record the meeting with the minister and then share the video with UCU members in February.
