Results of our e-consultation and the union's next steps

I am writing to share with you the results of the electronic consultation on the proposals from our employers in the pay and pensions disputes.

Members have voted overwhelmingly to have a say in all aspects of the disputes in both pre and post 92 institutions. 

The results can be found here.

These results will now be shared at today's Branch Delegate Meeting (BDM) and tomorrow at a meeting of the Higher Education Committee (HEC). 

We will of course let you know the decisions of the HEC as soon as we have them. Thank you for taking part in this survey, voting in the reballot, and continuing to support the action we have called. 

We are witnessing unprecedented levels of member engagement in the UCU, long may it continue.
