Sending shocks through our employers

The action our members delivered has sent a shock through our employers. 

And our message is clear: make us a fair, well-rounded deal, or face more action. 

You have all received an email to vote on UCEA's latest pay offer. We need all of you to take part and vote to reject UCEA's offer. Let's send them a clear message.

Be under no illusions. If you do not vote to REJECT UCEA's pay offer, vice chancellors will speak for you.
