Strike ballots announced over FE pay and workload

FE members in Wales will be balloted over pay and workload in September following the employers' response to the joint pay claim and their refusal to negotiate over workoad.
The two industrial action ballots were agreed by a special Wales further education committee meeting after ColegauCymru offered 1% in response to the unions' claim of a 7.5% pay increase.
