Once again, UCU worked the bars at Glastonbury Festival. Led by UCU SW regional administrator, Becca Richards, money was raised for the Greener Jobs Alliance.

The team worked incredibly hard despite the muddy conditions. Graham Petersen, UCU environment co-ordinator, met with festival owner, Michael Eavis to thank him for the funding support to the GJA when it was set up 6 years ago. If any UCU branches want to have a great festival experience and raise money for campaigns they should contact the Workers Beer Co to register as a server team for the 2017 festival season.
